Story

In the words of the Proclaimers "But I would walk 500 miles..." and that is exactly what Everly and her Grandma plan to do during lock down before Everly turns 2 on August 2nd.

Christine (Grandma) has been walking 3 miles every day since March 17th. This weekend we decided that she would up her miles to between 3 and 6 each day and Everly would start doing 1/2 mile each day. The current total is 219 miles and they aim to hit the 500 mark by August 2nd.

My Mum has had 2 ankle operations and suffers from polymyalgia so this is a huge undertaking for her. Together her and Everly will make a super team and will hopefully smash their 500 mile target.

Everly along with her sister are the 4th generation in our family to raise money for Save the Children and Evi was due to do a sponsored toddle with some of her friends back in May but due to Covid 19 we felt it best to cancel  given the situation. Mum was upset that Evi wouldn't do her first sponsored walk at 20 months like I did and like Oriel did so we came up with this as a new idea.

Please sponsor them on this great challenge :-)
