Dementia is a terrible disease , you watch you family member or friend disappear in front of you. 

Myself and my family are currently going through this with my nan. I have seen first hand what the disease does not only to you love one but the people around them. My mom, her sisters and brother gave up so much of there time to take care of my nan until they couldn't anymore and at this point she had to be put in a home. 

There needs to be more support and help out there for families and I'm hoping by raising as much money as possible will help provide more support to other families.
