Story

It's that time of the season again...when the Joseph's Goal walkers get their training shoes on (and hopefully sun cream out!) and prepare to walk all the way from Wigan Athletic's DW Stadium to Blackpool's Bloomfield Road for what is shaping up to be a massive game in the Championship. We've brought Latics good luck in the past on the way to Bolton, Fleetwood, Leeds and Morecambe...and we're determined to do so again!Join us to raise vital funds for NKH research, and be part of something truly incredible...

My dad Rob, my son Ben and me (Jane) are ‘Team Three Generations’ walking to Blackpool with the Joseph’s Goal walking team to raise as much cash as we can for Joseph’s Goal and their absolute passion and desire to fund vital research into treatments and an eventual cure for NKH.

Please support us if you can! We’ll be super grateful 😊

Joseph Michael Kendrick is 15 years old and has Non-Ketotic Hyperglycinemia, a rare genetic disorder that affects one in 60,000 new-borns. The condition is so serious that less than 500 people in the world are living with it. Joseph’s Goal has been set up to raise funds and awareness into NKH.
