Story
Until about 2 years ago, my best athletic achievement was winning the Llanishen Fach Junior School "Egg & Spoon Race" at the age of 9.
On the 25th April I am giving up about 5 valuable hours of "Guinness Time" to run the 2010 Virgin London Marathon to raise money towards equipping The Mumbles RNLI Station with a new Tamar Class Lifeboat ~ the “Money For Mumbles” appeal. I've never run 26.2 miles before - the longest race I have done to date was 15.5 miles from Nottingham to Derby in March this year, so I know I’m going to have to “dig deep” to finish. Please show your support (for me and The Mumbles Lifeboat) by sponsoring my attempt on Sunday 25th April 2010. Thank You, Tony "Guinness" Henebery. ~ a.k.a.
