In August 2013 a special friend of mine, Trevor passed away.

Trevor was a gentle and caring person and he is greatly missed by all that knew him.

In December I decided to get off the couch and to start running again, as a way of remembering a unique and wonderful man.

I have decided to take the opportunity to raise money for the Samaritans mainly because of the wonderful work they do for people that are struggling to cope.
