When the stay at home orders were issued in the Spring of 2020, Sarah found herself trapped at home in an abusive situation 24/7. She no longer had the escape of going to school or even riding her bike to a friends house. The Child Advocacy Center provides services such as Child at Risk Exams, Sexual Assault Forensic Exams and Forensic Interviews. These services allow a child, such as Sarah, the chance to tell their story. Sarah, and the many children like her who have NOT been safer at home during the COVID-19 crisis, are in need of these services to become safe and begin a pathway toward healing.
Please consider making a donation to one of our rappellers OR registering to become a rappeller yourself at this year's Over The Edge event. With your help, we can continue to provide our critical services to the vulnerable children in our community.
