Story

I’m running the marathon in memory of our great Friend Tom Lewis who died following a long fight against a brain tumour in March.  Words can’t describe what an absolute legend Tom was, both in life and his valiant fight against his cancer.

At his funeral I spoke to Tom’s parents as to who they wanted to support.  Hearing their stories about everything that St Ann’s hospice did for Tom, Sarah and his parents was amazing.  Not only did they provide the paliative care that Tom required in his final days, but they were hugely supportive of Sarah and Tom’s parents.

St Anns Hospice is a charity which cares for thousands of people with cancer and non-cancer life-limiting illnesses every year.
