10 years ago I started Dads Rock, as I wanted there to be a place for Dads to come together to have fun with their children, and to help them be the best Dads they could be. Over the last 10 years we've supported many families across Scotland, and with your help we can work with even more!  

Dads Rock works to improve the lives of children including working in deprived areas to help Dads, children and families in most need of support across Scotland.

We deliver services for the whole family but our focus is on supporting Dads who are often excluded from current parenting services. We provide:

• Support for new and expectant Dads across Scotland
• Playgroups for Dads
• Dads in the Wood play sessions - In Glasgow and Edinburgh
• Young Dads 1:1 work support
• Dads Buggy Walk 
• Music lessons for young people and for families
• Support for Neonatal Dads
• Parenting workshops for Dads/Mums/Carers
