Zip Slide Across the Clyde - Sat 22nd June · 22 June 2019 ·

Alzheimer Scotland is the leading, national dementia charity in Scotland. Our mission is to make sure nobody faces dementia alone. We provide advice, information and support and we are here for people living with dementia, their families and carers across Scotland.

Story

Most of you guys know me as "Wee Tommy" or "The Grumpy Guy" that is always chasing you for stuff and moaning at you.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking a Zip Slide across the Clyde to help Alzheimer's Scotland raise some funds as my amazing wife Susan has been diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer, this organisation has helped me and my family to cope and come to terms with this bombshell that life has thrown at us.

Susan sings with the Alzheimer Choir every fortnight going into nursing homes & events to try and bring a cheery song & a bit of happiness to others and enjoy themselves while doing it.

These activities rely solely on charitable funds and I would like to do my wee bit to help. I have decided to do this stunt to support them

AS TRUST ME YOU DONT WANT TO HEAR ME SING.

Take off will be Saturday 22nd June 2019 around 1445 hours.

Come along for a laugh and to smell the fear.

Please if you could make a donation big or small, this will help me along the way and in turn help others living with this disease.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks

Wee Tommy
