The Journey Continues,

Following on from the fantastic challenge Canoe Against Cancer, which saw my brother and I paddle from the Irish Sea to the North Sea. I will be taking on 3 new challenges by way of a triathlon, as we unfortunately fell short of the £7,500 a day requirement. to fund the hospice for a single day in our Dad's (Mark Bentham) memory.

This time instead being on the water I will be in it. Back in the saddle for the first time since a kid & pounding the pavement to build that dreaded thing.... Cardio! 

I look forward to sharing this journey and learning a new set of skills, even if I'm a little nervous & dreading the tough of going back into training.
