hey guys Ive been wanting to do this for a bit now but when I saw who  the charity was for I could not think of a better one to do it for. Mental health issues are one of the biggest killers going right now  some of my friends and family suffer With there mental health. Im going to go through  8 weeks of hell training for this fight and I really can’t wait and if any of my friends or family would like to donate money  no matter how small it all helps. The money will be going to Merthyr and the Valleys Mind  they believe no one should have to face  mental health issues on their own.
