Teams of four will be setting off at sunrise on this Triathlon-style adventure challenge aiming to finish before the sun sets! Teams will cycle, hike and canoe around the breath taking area of Coniston in the Lake District.

Story

I'm racing to the sun in a triathlon-style adventure. Based in the lake district our team will compete an all day challenge against others. Bike Hike Canoe around the well known Coniston mountain range.

Action Medical Research is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing children’s lives through medical research.

 Almost everyone has been touched in some way by our ground-breaking work, like the first polio vaccines in the UK, ultrasound in pregnancy and the rubella vaccine.
