At The Wright Eyewear Company we are raising awareness for the Brain Tumour Research Charity by carrying out a range of fundraising activities  throughout September and we will be taking part in a 5K walk on Sunday 9th October 2022. 

Brain tumours have affected all of us here at The Wright Eyewear Company in so many ways. We had Denise who worked with us for nearly 20 years and shortly after she retired Denise contracted bowel cancer however it was the secondary brain tumour that alerted the family. Unfortunately Denise sadly lost her fight in 2017. In 2016, Kelly’s beautiful cousin Lucy passed away after fighting her brain tumour for 5 years. In September 2017, Vicky’s mum Sharon grew her wings leaving behind her two beautiful daughters Lucie who was 7 at the time and Vicky only 22. 

This year marks the 5th anniversary and we have decided at The Wright Eyewear Company to raise as much awareness as this is a life changing and devastating cancer that affect so many and only 1% of cancer research raised goes to this charity. 

They are all very much missed; any donations would be greatly appreciated!
