On July 9th this year, lots of us in a friendship group are taking part in the Welsh three peaks challenge which involves climbing three of the tallest mountains in Wales in under 24 hours. This is to raise money for PAPYRUS (a national UK charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide). A charity which many feel strongly about after the loss of our friend Greg earlier this year and in memory of Freya's friend Yael Beth Kelin. 

Raising awareness and beating the stigma of mental illnesses is so important and we are hoping this will help to do exactly that.

It's going to be tough as it's not something any of us have done before but also extremely rewarding and we can't wait!
