Campaign by Stroke Association (RCN 211015)
Were asking you to Stride for Stroke, one step for each of the 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK. The 1.3 million steps challenge works out at 10,000 steps a day for 130 days. Take on the challenge today!

Story

On the 23rd February our world was turned upside down when our beloved Mum had a stroke whilst at work. Since then the amazing NHS have been giving her the best care possible in the hope she will make a full recovery and since my sisters and I can't do much to help whilst she's in hospital thanks to Covid, we decided to help in another way. We are each going to walk 1.2million steps to recognise the 1.2million survivors of stroke each year and to hopefully raise some much needed funds for the Stroke Association.
