Story

This year the Waldron Brothers are stepping up.

Isabel (Glenn's niece and Tim's daughter) has been a Rose Road regular for over five years, attending holiday clubs, playschemes and respite stays.  She absolutely loves it there, and she has an amazing time, every time.  Her time there is also precious to the rest of our family.  It allows Katie and Tim to have a break but, more importantly, it enables them to spend time with their two other daughters: they often miss out to the demands of Isabel’s special needs.  When she is at Rose Road, they’re able to have special time with them, doing simple things such as playing games, baking cakes or reading books without any interruptions.

Rose Road is a fantastic support for our whole family.  We have absolute confidence and trust in all the staff, and the joy it has brought to Isabel is beyond words.  So, for the second year running, Waldrons are running 26.2 miles to raise awareness and money for Rose Road.
