So with Ride London behind us - literally -  the next challenge is Decembeard!!  Mr D is growing facial fur to raise money for Beating Bowel Cancer.  Come Christmas he will rival Santa in the Beard department.  Progress on the development of the beard will posted!

BBC provides awareness, support and information for all people affected by bowel cancer, both patients and their loved ones. The charity runs a vital nurse advisory service, the only one in the country specifically for people affected by bowel cancer.
