Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit ourJustGiving page.
Mick Salmon was just 37 years old when he collapsed and died outside Watford Football Ground in 1995.
He had dedicated his life to entertaining and making others happy. Tragically just before he died he had got engaged to Sarah and they were looking forward to getting married and having children. Sadly that was never realised and Mick now lives on within his many nephews and nieces, never forgotten by his family and many friends.
Mick died of an undetected heart condition called Hypertophic Cardiomyopathy which often effects young people but if discovered can be treated so they can continue to lead fulfilling lives.
He would be pleased that his family have continued since his death, to raise money for The Cardiomyopathy Association, dedicated to his memory, so that others with the condition can be diagnosed, treated and their families supported.
