Follow me on my journey as I run the length of the UK unsupported via the TCS London Marathon, raising awareness about all things addiction, recovery and mental health in aid of Mind.

I will be running approximately 60 marathons in 60 days from John O'groats at the tip of Scotland all the way down to Lands End in Cornwall with a slight (big!) detour via our capital to run the London marathon. 

My name is Spencer, I am a recovering addict. I will be fast-packing and wild camping 1400 miles spreading the message that there IS a solution and that we CAN recover.
