The instructors at the River Club have given up their time for Free for weeks, exercising in their homes direct to your homes. We wanted to organise a charity weekend to raise money as so many people wanted to donate.  When Cheryl’s parents were hit by a vehicle whilst out walking her mum was transported to St George’s. The care she has received is unbelievable.  Being unable to visit in this very extraordinary time, the staff have called with updates to her family and their kindness has been simply outstanding.  The NHS staff are true heroes and we would ask that you join us for a weekend of exercise, fun and fitness
