Story
Update January, 2023:
Thanks once again dear friends for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page in memory of Theresa who passed away on 20 December 2010 after a truly courageous fight against cancer. It has been so heartwarming to see what has been achieved for this good cause over the last twelve years - remember what you see is PLUS Gift Aid.
I can tell you Theresa would never have believed what you would do in her memory. She was a quiet, lovely, warm, modest lady. We all miss her in different ways. It's a huge sadness thatTheresa didn't get to see Ada our first grandchild, now a beautiful five and a half; Ted, 2 last November and meet Hendrix born this week.
We know all know too well, and constantly reminded, that life is fragile and you must make the most of it.

Original story continued:Theresa spent the last ten days of her life being cared for at the Salisbury hospice. The care she received there was second-to-none; we could not have asked for more. We will always be very grateful not only that Theresa was looked after so well but also that the hospice staff were so kind to us and allowed us to be there by her side for three days and nights until the end.
We have created this page in the hope that we will raise as much money as possible for the Salisbury Hospicecare Trust so that they can continue their fantastic work, which relies on donations from people like you. The hospice needs to raise over £1,000,000 each year to maintain and develop its services.
In memory of Theresa, and instead of flowers, we therefore ask that you please give a donation - however large or small - to this wonderful organisation.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Do have a look at the pictures and video and please, please, dig deep and donate now because we'd so appreciate it.
