Story
I am raising funds for much needed research into glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) after losing my much loved brother, Paul Cooper, to it in January 2021. GBM is an utterly devastating disease which rips apart families. I miss Paul immensely and I want to do whatever I can to stop others losing their loved ones. Government funding in this area is woefully inadequate and the work of The Brain Tumour Charity is invaluable in funding research amongst many other things.
On 4 September 2021, I will be hosting the Coops' Barmy Army FUNdraiser, the first annual event and fundraiser for The Paul Cooper Fund. As part of the 4 September event, I will be walking/running/crawling round the 5K race. It would be great if you could sponsor me by clicking on the ‘give now’ button opposite.
All monies raised for The Paul Cooper Fund will fund, through The Brain Tumour Charity, much needed research into GBM. A cure really can’t wait.
