Aine, Alex/Robin and I are taking part in the Brainathlon to raise money for Brain Research UK, Brain Tumour Research and Epilepsy Research UK. We will be running, walking and stepping in memory of dear David and we need YOUR support!

Separated by Covid and the Bay of Biscay, we will be united in the challenge and hoping to raise as much as possible. Aine will be walking on and up David's favourite mountain, Elgeamendi in the beautiful Basque country, Susie running, walking and stepping in the glorious Lleyn, and Alex running and plodding round dear old Dorset. Hoping to find some good steps to climb, possibly in Penarth, lockdown allowing.

The Brainathlon involves running 15 miles, walking 10 miles and climbing 1.2 miles (by climbing 2500 stairs or equivalent). You can do it individually or as a team, so we are each planning to do as much as we can.
