Story
Matt died peacefully at home on 28 September 2020 having been able to spend his last weeks with his family, friends and cat bodyguard.
He was only able to do this because of the incredible round the clock care he was given by the nurses from the district nursing team, the Macmillan service, and the Rosemary Foundation. You almost certainly won't have heard of them before but if you ever need to then I 100% guarantee you will be beyond grateful that they exist and for the work that they do.
The Rosemary Foundation is a charitable hospice at home based in Petersfield which looks after terminally ill people (and their families) here and in the surrounding areas. In keeping with most other hospices its income is derived largely from charitable sources.
Matt was looked after with impeccable compassion and attentiveness by them and it was his wish that we band together to give money in his memory, so please don't waste your pennies on flowers and other similar bullshit - give them to this amazing charity.
