Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

On Saturday 28 June 2008 we climbed Scafell Pike in Cumbria to raise funds for Parmiter's School Parents' Association and the Teenage Cancer Trust as part of the Parmiter's Three Peaks Challenge.

Some attempt the three peaks in 24 hours; we took a more leisurely approach. We climbed Ben Nevis (1344m) in 2004, then Snowdon (1085m) in 2006, and now, in 2008, Scafell Pike, at 978m, the highest point in England.

Sponsorship through this web page is simple, fast and secure. And if you are a UK taxpayer then please don't forget to "gift aid" your sponsorship money, as it means that the charities can collect an extra 25% from the Inland Revenue at no cost to you.

More information about the Parmiter's Three Peaks Challenge can be found at http://www.justgiving.com/parmitersthreepeakschallenge.

Many thanks for your support.
