Raising money for MIND


Mind
 is a mental health charity in England and Wales, Mind offers
information and advice to people with mental health problems and lobbies
 government and local authorities on their behalf.

In my youth what is supposed to be the highlight of my life, I struggled with anxiety and depression. with a low self esteem and self loathing, I was in a very dark place. MIND had a drop in center where anyone with Mental health issues could go and socialise without fear of judgement .It helped me in my dark years to overcome many anxieties.

This year has been a challenge for many, and I believe it is more important than ever to support charities like mind now, so they can help those who are struggling though these tough and unusual times.

The kilt was suggested by a client and friend, because I don't like shorts in the heat. I decided to Don the kilt and put a smile on the faces of my clients throughout lockdown. They are so comfortable I have decided to continue wearing the kilt and raise some money in the process, So please help support those who are struggling a little bit more during these tough times by donating.
