Story

We are running for Joe.

Joe was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy(DMD) at 8
months old. DMD is a progressive muscle-wasting condition affecting mainly young boys. This is very young to be diagnosed, as the symptoms usually only begin to present at around 3 or 4.

Joe is a smiley, happy boy who loves to watch everything and
everyone. He loves to smile at strangers who always want to have a chat. At 8 months Joe is determined to try out walking but he thinks crawling is a waste of time.

The money raised will go towards finding treatments, cures
and improving the lives of people affected by muscular dystrophy and other related conditions.
