Paul was diagnosed with a brain tumour May 2011 and died in April this year.  For the last 5 weeks of his life he was cared for at St Richards Hospice.  They had given us help and support at home so Paul could stay with us as long as possible but when it got to difficult for him to be cared for at home they took him into their in patients unit.  They went out of their way to care for Paul and to support us.  We were always welcome up at the hospice anytime of the day and the children were made to feel at home.

The hospice also provide invaluable care and support for me, Jacob and Cody and will contine to support us for as long as we need them.

Anna, Esther & John are doing the St Richard's Hospice 21 mile Waterways Walk on 19th August 2012.  We want to raise as much money as possible for St Richard's as a thank you for all their support over the past few months and their continued support into the future.
