A few years ago I led a team building session over a 5 day period in Loughborough that involved caring for and 'entertaining' mentally and physically disabled teenagers from inner London. The charity that supported their week away was The Arsenal Foundation. It was one of the toughest but most rewarding weeks I have ever experienced. The youngsters where inspiring and needless to say thoroughly enjoyed the week, and the team and I took so much away from spending time with them. 

These weeks need to continue and your support will help make that possible. You don't have to support Arsenal; just be a supporter of making a positive difference in peoples lives.
