Story
Fear. Uncertainty. Loneliness. Lack of sleep. Anxiety. The absence of face-to-face conversations.
Coronavirus is not only taking a toll on our physical health; it is also causing a massive strain on many people’s mental health – people of all ages and all backgrounds. Recent surveys show anxiety and isolation are already affecting the public, with charities expressing concern that people are struggling to get the support they need.
With a May concert together postponed due to coronavirus, Ninebarrow, Hart Voices and the Chantry Singers decided they wanted to do something to help support the fight against this emerging mental health crisis and so recorded a lock-down collaboration in aid of the charity, Mind.
Mind is a mental health charity that believes no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They're there for everyone. Today. Now. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. They'll listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.
