Support me as I embark on a virtual challenge to hand cycle from West Bromwich to Geneva, Stadium to Stadium totalling 750 miles! I will commence my challenge on the 13th of January giving me 218 days to cycle to Geneva, covering roughly 25 miles per week or 3.5 miles everyday! 

This may not seem like a big challenge for most people, but as a full time wheelchair user with a muscle wasting condition who can't lift his arms above his head, I can assure you this will push me to my limits!

Back to back sessions are tough for me because of muscle fatigue and I only usually cover around 7.5 miles per week on my bike, so this is quite literally the equivalent of a novice competing in the tour de France, some of which I will be covering at the end of my journey as I cross the French alps into Switzerland, albeit virtually, thankfully!

My aim is to raise some much needed funds for the Albion Foundation to assist me and my team WBA Powerchair Football Club in our journey to the EPFA Champions League in August 2021, with the hope of bringing back the trophy! The Foundation has been instrumental in their support of us as a team enabling us to win the Wheelchair Football Association National Premier League for the last 3 consecutive seasons, leading to our qualification for this years Champions League in Geneva.

Due to Covid-19 our preparations have been significantly effected, meaning we haven't been able to fundraise as planned, hence me taking on this crazy challenge! All donations will go directly to the Albion foundation to support the squad of 7 with our travel and transportation of our playing equipment to Geneva.
