Story
We did it! Half the size of most other participants, we ran through an entire course of mud, whilst we ran up, the water gushed down. Probably the toughest course we’ve done, carrying 30lb sand bags on the back of our muddy necks, swimming in the mud under barbed wire and climbing high vertical walls and A-Frames of netting, hoping we wouldn’t slip through the massive square holes. We watched others skip obstacles whilst we got stuck in and worked as a team to complete a gruelling course and raise money for Parkinson’s. A massive thank you to everyone who sponsored us so we can support those who face bigger challenges than this everyday.

At the end of October, I will be aiming to complete the Spartan Sprint in the South Wales mountains and need your help to raise as much money as possible for Parkinson's UK.
The course consists of 5 kilometres, 20 obstacles, mud, fire (yes, really, fire!), barbed wire and a whole lot of pain.
I will be taking part with my sister-in-law Sara Blackmore; who is only now realising what she's signed up for. Please donate to support this great charity and help my brother smash his £10k target by the end of this year.
