In memory of Joyce Bird
We help blind and partially sighted people to break down the barriers of sight loss

Story

You may or may not be aware of the16 day trek across Nepal we are about to embark on in September/October this year. Our trek involves the 'more difficult' but beautiful Gokyo Lakes route to Everest Base Camp (5,367m) and we even have a phone 'app' telling us the count down till the trip (and its not long to go!).

To keep us driven and motivated throughout we've chosen to raise funds for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) which is (if you don't know) the leading charity offering support and advice to almost two million people with sight loss across the UK.

No donation is too small or too large and it will go to a great cause.

A big thank you in advance for your support.

So please dig deep and donate now.

About the charity

Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.
