Friends of St Mark's (FOSM) is the PTFA for St Mark's CofE Primary School in Hatch Warren, Basingstoke. FOSM, who are all volunteer parents or staff connected the school, organise events and projects to help fundraise and create memorable experiences for the children at the school.
