Story

We are back in the saddle AND in a wetsuit AND on the run!

This is without doubt our toughest challenge in a long time.  Having experienced chaffing, blisters, bruising, muscle pain, open water swimming in public lakes...as well as quite a hefty investment in 'tri-suits', ear plugs, swim caps, swim lessons, new bike parts...we are almost at race day.

It is a middle distance tri:

800m swim + 30km bike + 7.5k run

To be clear, it's about crossing the line rather than winning!!!

It will mean a lot to us if you wanted to sponsor us to make all this training worthwhile!  The charities are very well deserving - Make A Wish Foundation and Great Ormond Street for the kids and Breakthrough Breast Cancer too!

THANK YOU!!!!

Mich & Steve
