We offer information, support and research to people affected by Crohn's and Colitis

Story

Ali was diagnosed with acute UC when she was just 19.  Six years later she met Dan and they got married in 2003, then in 2008 Dan was diagnosed with UC too.  Nothing like keeping it in the family!  Speaking of which, Liz is Ali’s mum and has had Crohn’s for over 30 years.  3-year-old Lillia is thus far free from the illness, we all have our fingers crossed.

Dan and Ali would very much like to keep their intestines, though we can hear the sharpening of surgeons’ knives in the distance… Help us raise funds for research!

We are all walking for each other - to raise money for the NACC, to raise awareness of the disease and to help us find that cure.

Please sponsor us and help us meet and beat our fundraising target.  Oh, and if anybody wants to meet us and buy us a beer (milk for Lillia) after the walk then please feel free!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease - NACC gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.  Who can argue with that?
