Story
In August 2020, myself and five others were planning to ride from our front doors in Hinckley and end under the Eiffel Tower, 4 days later. Due to the local impacts of COVID-19, we have done a swift pivot and are now taking on a guelling coast to coast across nearly the widest part of the UK, Mid-Wales to Lowestoft.
This is all in aid of a great charity working to support the most disadvantaged and vulnerable children in the communities of Zambia through provision of education, healthcare, training and employment.
Currently, the impact of several challenges, COVID 19, food shortages and funding cuts from organisations and individuals from the UK have all meant that every penny raised will have an even greater impact at this time than normal. There are so many needs we continue to meet, and we are really grateful that we can, and so many more we would like to meet in the future. For more info on the charity visit www.rainbowafrica.org
We know that the current circumstances globally have affected us all, if you are in the fortunate position to be able to spare £5 or more, we would really appreciate the support.
Thank you!
