The Copperwheat Boys are running for the DEC.

The DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee) brings together 15 leading aid charities to raise funds quickly and efficiently during crises overseas. In these times of crisis, people in life-and-death situations need our help and our mission is to save, protect and rebuild lives through effective humanitarian response. 

Pooling resources to work as one, the DEC are pivotal in coordinating an effective response to overseas disasters. 

It is vitally important that significant funds are given 'generally' and not held for any particular charitable purpose or campaign. They can be spent as deemed fit by the trustees in response to emerging crises, without funds being ringfenced or designated only for specific issues. 

We hope that any funds we raise will be used to support the most vulnerable in our world through charities that understand those needs.

Yemen, Syria, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Ukraine...so many need help, support and care.

Tough Mudder is an endurance event series in which participants attempt 10-to-12-mile-long obstacle courses. The obstacles often play on common human fears, such as fire, water, electricity and heights.
