CHUF's mission is to make life better for children and young people who are born with or who develop heart conditions by providing lifelong support to them and their families. CHUF supports children and families who receive treatment at the Children’s Heart Unit based at the Freeman Hospital and the many other hospitals providing care for cardiac patients throughout the North of England.

As everyone knows, CHUF have done so much for our family, helping to save Finns life and support us through some of the most difficult times in our lives. CHUF provided so much for us from a special cot for Finn with him being such a young baby and chair beds so that one of us could stay with him each night in hospital to some of the equipment they used in his life saving operation. 

This year Finn and Rory will be completing the CHUF Toddle on Sunday 26th June, a sponsored 1 mile walk. In September, Karl will then be completing the 3 Peaks challenge, climbing all in the space of 24 hours!
