My beautiful mum is a sufferer of M.E, she was diagnosed 5 years ago, but suffering longer. I've seen her change for the worse, it breaks my heart to see her in so much pain. Some days she's almost acting like her normal bubbly self, a fresh clear face, and other days and these are unfortunately most days, mum is extremely fatigue, she can't think straight, she calls this time foggy, her head is heavy, drained and foggy. Her thoughts are slow, she gets confused with daily things and becomes quiet and her pain is high.

My mum is a tough cookie, however this horrid illness is pushing her to her limits, she's having to cancel plans with her friends as she can't walk far, she can't think clearly. Her face is worn, tired and trying to fight, it breaks my heart seeing her trying to play with her two grandchildren but needing to tell them not to jump up and to be careful as she's very tired today. Working is extremely hard also for her and resting in between shifts is a must. Her life has been taken from her and she now has to live through these conditions on a daily basis. 

I really want to raise awareness and money for further research, to get this illness recognised and hopefully cured. I'll be having my head shaved on the 1st July 2018 and my hair donated.
