St Richard's is a well known, well loved local charity. Which has helped me, friends and family with there wonderful care and I want to do something to say thank you. 

So on the 14th November I will be cold, fed up and pushed over the Malvern Hills all in aid of a good cause. The people pushing are from the local football team, the Gloster Arms - which I am the assistant manager  of. Other friends and family will be helping with the effort too. 

So please dig deep and help make this a worth while challange.
