For those that have already sponsored us..., a MASSIVE thank you!!  Tim and I completed the Triathlon on Saturday 19th May in a very respectable 1hour 29mins!  The fastest person was 55mins, the slowest 2hours 16mins, so for our first ever Triathlon, we're pretty chuffed.  There is even talk of doing it again next year!

There are several people that have pledged money to the cause, but are still yet to sponsor us.  It would be fantastic if we could reach our target of £2000, all donations gratefully received.

As most of you will know either Andy or Tim (or in some cases you might be unlucky enough to know both of them), you will quickly realise that for them to be entering a Triathlon, it must be a bloody good cause!

They are entering the Human Race, Super Sprint Triathlon at Dorney lake on Saturday 19th May.  This involves a 400m open water swim, 20km bike followed by a 5km run.  It has to be said that both Andy & Tim are built rather more for comfort, than for speed, so please take time to read this page and please, please dig deep. They won't be doing one of these again, so please help them to make this one count!

The chosen charity is Keech Hospice. Keech Hospice Care cares for adults living in Luton and South Bedfordshire and children from across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes.

Their aim is to help patients enjoy the highest quality of life, while providing vital support for their family and friends throughout their loved one's illness and in their bereavement.

All of the charity's services are offered free of charge, every single day of the year. This is all made possible because of the generous support of the local community, people like you!

Keech Hospice were a fantastic support to Tim and his family in 2009 and the warmth and care they provided for Sebby (Tim’s son) was second to none.

So, It’s time to do something for them and also something in memory of Sebby, please donate as much as you can and help us smash our target of raising £2000.
