Story

Hi,

I am Andreas, I am running 456km over 7 days with a barrel for Combat Stress.

456 represents the number of service men and women who died in Afghanistan during OP Herrick. One kilometre for each one of them.

I have seen first hand the impact the war has had on my friends who can't leave the war behind. I was also deployed to Afghanistan at the tender age of 19 in 2009.

My target is £20000 and the first day will consist of me completing the London marathon with an extra 14 miles. I will then run the remaining kilometres over the next 6 days visiting Bootcamp UK locations, finishing in Salisbury.

Please sponsor me and follow my journey on facebook, twitter and Instagram.

Andreas
