Nish Emma and Helen are doing the Nike 10K but we're doing it a bit differently.....

Nish will be running the race wearing the HUGE Help for Heroes mascot bear outfit but as the bear's head is maaassive and you can't see diddly out of it, Ems will be Nish's eyes for the duration of the race. Helen will ensure Emma doesnt collapse in a heap!

We feel this is the very least we can do for a charity close to our hearts and for the injured servicemen and women who have given so much.

So please dig deep and chuck us a few pounds if you can. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
