Story

As most of you are probably aware Mike (Minky) Maynard was diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer on New Years eve 2018.

2019 was a tricky year but after surgery and a few ups and downs he is now stable and being looked after by the incredible staff at the Royal Marsden Hospitals. Even during the covid pandemic they have kept him well and started him on new treatments!!

Due to covid this walk was delayed by a year and our group the "Minkys Muppets" will be walking 15 miles accross various parts of the country next Sunday the 23rd of May. This is to help raise funds for the Royal Marsden Oaks Cancer Centre, which will help to improve the care for Cancer patients.

The Marsden hospitals have supported many of our friends and family over the years and continue to be a great support to us. Any donations no matter how big or small would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance M&M xx
