Our colleague from the Eye Health Team - Mark Collis is organising a Spooky Cycle Ride this Sunday - 29 October. Register to take part at www.britishcycling.org.uk and search 'spooky ride'.

Another member of our team, Mary Jenvey has done a sponsored silence!

All of our teams will, in turn, be spending the day with the Veterans at  their Llandudno and Brighton centres.  We will be put to work at each centre, gardening, maintaining furniture, cleaning handrails and anything else that needs doing.
