The impact of the current climate has affected everyone, and we recognise that mental health sits amongst many of the challenges that people are facing today. In 2020, we completed a series of 30 'Mind Over Matter' challenges (listed below) and will be continuing to add new challenges throughout 2021.

- Run 100km or 100miles in one month
- Walk 100 miles in one month
- Cycle 250 miles in one month
- Cycle from London to Taunton in one go (180 miles)
- 72 holes of golf in one day
- 5000 sit ups in one month
- UK Coast-to-Coast cycle
- Walk/Run a marathon
- 30 sets of tennis in one month
- Drive around the M25 without any stops
- Swim 3 miles in one go
- 500,000 steps in one month (16,000 per day / 200km + per month)
- Poker night where all the rewards go to this Charity
- Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours
- Build strength to do 3 minutes of the plank
- Egg & spoon all the way to work and back home
- Between the team, complete the whole London Loop
- Between the team, visit every county in England
- Yorkshire 3 peaks
- 1000 skips a day for 30 days
- Read 10 books a month until the end of the year
- Olympic Triathlon (1.5km, 40km, 10km)
- Visit every site on the Monopoly board in one day (preferable not jail though)
- Learn how to do the floss dance
- Wear a dressing gown/ pyjamas to work for a whole day
- Run 10k by October
- Eating Raw for one mont
- Learn to play a full song on the piano
- Visit 50 Museums in London in one month (between the team)
- Complete a London food challenge
