Story
This page is for your donations in memory of Ged Clarke, also known as Mr @12pmclub, on twitter.
He died on the 1st April, crossing the finishing line of the Reading Half marathon. He suffered a massive heart attack within yards of the finishing line.
He was a private family man man dedicated to fitness and quality family time. He died too young and in such a public way.
In a public way, he anonomously advocated fitness, healthy eating, family time. He inspired and motivated many, as he indeed was inspired and motivated by like minded people.
Your donations will be going to the British Heart Foundation, a charity close to the heart of his family and friends.
There's lots you can do to keep your heart healthy - whatever your age.
Taking exercise, eating a healthy diet, encouraging children to be heart healthy and being aware of dangers such as smoking, drinking, high blood pressure and stress.
Disease of the heart and circulation is an umbrella term for several types of conditions including heart attacks, stroke and disturbance to your hearts rhythm.
