We have decided to take part in The British 10k London Run, which is a 10km run through the heart of central London passing many of the capital's  landmarks on the 14th July 2013.

The proceeds of our efforts will be donated to our personally selected charity; Rays of Sunshine, which operates to fulfil the wishes of terminally ill children [no matter how impossible their wish may seem], as well as providing support for the hospitals, hospices and specialist schools that care for them.

None of us are known for our athletic finesse so the 10km run will be a challenge.

A challenge graciously accepted. 

So it would mean alot to us for your sponsorship, any loose change will make a difference to help put a lasting smile on a child's face.
