Story

Join The Stage Door Choir in Supporting Mental Health with Mind’s Feel Good Fortnight!

This year, The Stage Door Choir is excited to participate in Mind’s Feel Good Fortnight, raising both funds and awareness for mental health. Over the next two weeks, we’ll be engaging in rehearsals aimed at boosting well-being – and we invite you to be a part of this important cause!

Singing for Mental Health with The Stage Door Choir

For Feel Good Fortnight, we are particularly excited to come together and sing during our rehearsals as we learn the powerful song “You Will Be Found” from *Dear Evan Hansen*. This song is a testament to hope, connection, and the importance of seeking support when we need it most.

Research has shown that singing can improve mental well-being, reduce stress, and create a sense of community. By joining us, we’ll not only be nurturing our own mental health but also raising our voices in support of Mind, helping them continue their vital work.

We encourage you to donate to this wonderful cause and consider investing in your own well-being by participating in our rehearsals, led by our talented West End Musical Directors! Whether you’re based in Greenwich on Monday evenings or Wimbledon on Wednesday evenings (7:30–9:00 pm), we welcome you with open arms.

The Feel Good singing sessions we’re part of focus on connection, learning, giving, and being present. These simple yet powerful actions play a key role in supporting mental health. All donations during this fortnight will go toward helping Mind continue to offer essential services to millions of people in need.

Mind is there for anyone who needs support, whether through their helplines, website, or the online community Side by Side. By donating, you’ll help ensure these crucial resources remain available for those who need them most.

We’re reaching out for your support in this challenge. Every donation helps Mind provide vital services for people affected by mental health challenges.

Please consider donating today and join us in making a difference. Together, we can ensure that no one faces their mental health journey alone.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

This fortnight, we dedicate our rehearsals in memory of Guy Eastwood– a remarkable young man, Liverpool FC supporter, and a cherished brother, son, grandson, and friend.
